To Register
NEW: Registrations to the conference can be made through the online registration form.
Alternatively, participants can register via a PDF form,to be sent via email/FAX.
Please read the instructions and the Registration Policy, below before proceeding with your registration.
Registration Fees
The Conference and Workshop registration fees are separate, i.e., it is possible to register for Workshops without registering for the Conference, and Workshops are not included in any Conference registration category.
The conference registration fees are as follows:

Full Registration
Welcome Reception, Conference Technical Sessions, Social Event, Exhibitions, Conference Proceedings, Lunch (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday), Coffee Breaks and Conference Bag.
One Day Registration
Conference Proceedings and Conference Bag. Conference Technical Sessions, Exhibitions, Lunch and Coffee Breaks only for the selected day.
Student Registration
Welcome Reception, Conference Technical Sessions, Social Event, Exhibitions, Conference Proceedings, Lunch (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday), Coffee Breaks and Conference Bag. A valid student ID should be sent with registration number to Dr. Ramona Rosini, ramona.rosini@unibo.it.
Workshop Registration
Workshops Technical Sessions, Workshops Proceedings, and Lunch and Coffee Breaks on the day of the Workshops.
Workshop Student Registration
Workshops Technical Sessions, Workshops Proceedings, and Lunch and Coffee Breaks on the day of the Workshops. A valid student ID should be sent with registration number to Dr. Ramona Rosini, ramona.rosini@unibo.it.
Guest Registration
It is possible to register one guest who will receive a Guest Badge. Guests can only attend the Welcome Reception and the Social Event.
