Extended Abstracts for Poster Sessions are invited by 2024/03/15

Extended Abstracts for Poster Sessions are intended for the presentation of initial results worthwhile showing to the community.

Poster Sessions will be held during the normal conference days, with dedicated time-slots, i.e., there will not be any parallel sessions to them.

Extended Abstracts for Poster Sessions should be submitted according to the following:
– theu should follow the regular paper template, available in Word and LaTeX;
– they should be 2 pages long;
– they should be submitted via EDAS.

Extended Abstracts for Poster Sessions will be light-reviewed by the Technical Programme Committee (TPC).

Accepted Extended Abstracts for Poster Sessions will be part of the Conference Proceedings, indicated as such, hence, not being submitted to IEEE Xplore.

The registration rules for authors of Extended Abstracts for Poster Sessions are equal to those of Papers for Regular Sessions.

Extended Abstracts for Poster Sessions will be evaluated according to the following criteria:
– Relevance
– Timeliness
– Technical content
– Novelty and originality
– Recommendation

Extended Abstracts submission is open as of 2024 Feb 12th using the EDAS system (according to the link https://edas.info/newPaper.php?c=31658&track=120968) . Check it at the Authors Guidelines
