Proposals for Workshops are invited by 2025/02/14

Poznan | Poland
A full list of topics is available here

Workshops may address one or more Tracks, but they should be organised under a unified theme.  Workshops are intended to allow projects or any other group of authors to present their own work.

Workshops may include invited speakers, papers, and panels.  The structure of workshops is not fixed, and proposers may design it as they think best.  Proposers are responsible for defining the full contents of the Workshop, namely the authors and presenters.  It is not expected that open calls for papers are launched for Workshops, in order to attract authors or presenters.

Workshop proposals  should be submitted via the dedicated Online Form – https://forms.gle/tayLLD1sd1hBDptGA.  Proposers should provide information on the Title, Motivation and Background, Structure, and associated Technical Programme Committee. Additional information on previous editions or promotion plans can also be provided, if applicable.

The proposal must be submitted from 2024 Dec. 30 thuntil the deadline on 2025 Jan. 24th Feb. 7th Feb. 14th. An acknowledgement email will be sent.

In case of any problems with online form submission, please contact the Workshops Co-Chairs, Ana García Armada (UC3M, ES), Salvatore D’Oro (Northeastern U., USA) and Aydin Sezgin (RUB, DE) via email to workshop-eucnc6gs@grow.tecnico.ulisboa.pt.

Workshop papers can be either Presentations, Extended Abstracts (2 pages) or Full Papers (5 pages), and should be reviewed by the Workshop Technical Programme Committee. These papers will be part of the Conference Proceedings (if the authors wish to do so), but they will not be submitted to IEEE Xplore.

Workshops will extend for half-day (2 time slots of 1h30 each), and they will be held on the first day of the conference, i.e., June 3rd, 2025.

All participants and speakers in the Workshops, regardless of the nature of their presentation, including organisers, must pay the registration fee.

Workshops will be evaluated according to the following criteria:
– Relevance
– Timeliness
– Technical content
– Novelty
– Overall Recommendation
