Author Registration Policy<\/h4>\n

Accepted and presented papers in Regular Sessions will be published in the 2023 EuCNC & 6G Summit Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases.
\nAuthors must register prior to submission of the final version of the paper (deadline 2023 April 21st<\/sup><\/del><\/span><\/strong>\u00a028th<\/sup><\/strong>, registration being non-refundable.\u00a0 Authors of papers in Special Sessions, as well as of Posters Sessions, are required to fulfil the same conditions as authors of papers in Regular Sessions, i.e., papers for Regular Sessions, Special Sessions and Posters Sessions have the same registration policy.
\nAt least one author of an accepted paper must register as Full or Limited Registration (R-1-F or R-2-L), even if the author is a student.\u00a0 A complimentary code registration does not allow to present a paper; for doing this, an individual author registration is required.
\nFor authors presenting multiple papers, one registration is valid for one person; however, it can cover up to three (3) papers on which the person who is registered is an author or co-author.
\nEach author\/co-author wishing to attend the conference must be registered.
\nEach paper must be presented by an author\/co-author at the conference, unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter.
\nThe conference organisers reserve the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference, if the paper is not presented at the conference.
\nThe organisers hold the right for price changes.<\/p>\n

<\/h4>\n

Workshops Registration Policy<\/h4>\n

At least a one day conference registration (R-3-O) is mandatory for each accepted workshop paper. \u00a0A workshop paper is included into the 3 papers covered by the conference registration fee. \u00a0However, if a workshop presenter wishes to attend the whole conference, he\/she has \u00a0to register for the whole conference as Full or Limited Registration (R-1-F or R-2-L).
\nAll participants and speakers in Workshops, regardless of the nature of their presentation, including organisers, must pay the registration fee for at least one day conference registration (R-3-O).
\nThe workshop student registration is not valid as an author registration for workshop.
\nAuthors of workshops papers must register prior to the submission of workshops final papers.<\/p>\n

<\/h4>\n

Special Sessions Registration Policy<\/h4>\n

Authors of papers in Special Sessions are required to fulfil the same conditions as authors of papers in Regular Sessions, i.e., papers for Regular Sessions and Special Sessions have the same registration policy.
\nAll participants and speakers in the Special Sessions, regardless of the nature of their presentation, including organisers, must pay the registration fee.<\/p>\n

<\/h4>\n

Tutorials Registration Policy<\/h4>\n

Tutorial lecturers are offered 1 Limited (R-2-L) or 1 Full Global Registration (R-1-F), per Tutorial, respectively, for a half- or full-day Tutorial.
\nAll tutorials participants, must pay the registration fee for at least one day conference registration (R-3-O).<\/p>\n

<\/h4>\n

Cancellation Policy<\/h4>\n

Registration is binding (after 2023 April 21st<\/sup><\/del><\/span>\u00a028th<\/sup>). Amendments to the registration package (for example adding Guest Registration) are possible and should be completed directly in the registration system by logging into the registration account. Notifications and cancellations must be made in writing (by e-mail) to eucnc2023@meetx.se<\/a>.
\nCancellations will be accepted until 2023 April 21st<\/sup><\/del><\/span>\u00a028th<\/sup>, with a refund of all paid fees, less an administration charge of SEK 560.
\nAfter 2023 April 21st<\/sup><\/del><\/span>\u00a028th<\/sup>, no refunds will be given, and the fees will be fully charged.<\/p>\n

If you cannot attend the congress, your registration is transferable to a colleague, an administrative cost of SEK 250 will be charged. All changes should be done in written form to eucnc2023@meetx.se<\/a><\/p>\n

In case of Force Majeure and health related issues, should there occur an insuperable obstacle related to a registered person\u2019s health, the refund fee will be made in full, less an administration charge of SEK 560. Cancellation must be made in writing (by e-mail) to eucnc2023@meetx.se<\/a>. An official and original medical certificate must be presented within two (2) weeks of the cancellation notification. The organisers recommend all-inclusive travel insurance.<\/p>\n

Data Handling Ethics<\/h4>\n

EuCNC & 6G Summit collects personal information from participants, on the strict basis of collecting only data required for registration purposes.\u00a0 These data are not given to third parties, and are used solely for the purposes of the conference series organisation.
\nEuCNC & 6G Summit collects general photos and videos of participants during the conference, for dissemination purposes, posting these photos and videos at the conference public website and on the conference\u2019s social media channels, as well as in conference press materials published online or in print.<\/p>\n

EuCNC & 6G Summit is a conference organised under the European Union\u2019s guidelines on protection of personal data, namely concerning:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • the \u201cright to be forgotten\u201d \u2013 a participant can request the conference organisers to delete his\/her information after the conference has finished;<\/li>\n
  • easy access to one\u2019s data \u2013 a participant can request from the conference organisers a copy of his\/her information;<\/li>\n
  • the right to know when one\u2019s data has been hacked \u2013 conference organisers commit to inform participants in the eventual case of data being hacked by someone;<\/li>\n
