Sweden is member of the Schengen Zone. A Schengen visa is required for persons of certain nationalities who wish to visit the Schengen countries. A Schengen visa can be issued for a maximum of 90 days. U.S citizens do not need a visa to visit Sweden if the visit is 90 days or less. Visa applications for travel to Sweden can be submitted to one of the VFS Global Visa Application Centers in the USA.

Invitation Letter:
An Invitation Letter is required to apply for a Swedish Visa. Upon request, an Invitation Letter will be provided to authors and presenters of accepted papers, posters, keynotes, tutorials, panels, and EuCNC & 6G Summit 2023 attendees who completed their registration and payment process.
After registration and payment is completed, the Invitation Letter may be requested. With this letter participants will be able to obtain a Visa for the period of the EuCNC & 6G Summit 2023 conference in Gothenburg, Sweden.

The Invitation Letter will contain the following information.
- Conference title
- Conference dates
- Conference location
Please follow the instructions below to request an Invitation Letter.
- Complete your conference registration and payment process by checking the checkbox “I need an invitation letter for my VISA”. There you will be asked to provide the following information:
- Name
- Address
- Country
- Passport number
- Nationality
- You will receive your Invitation Letter in your mailbox.
We aim to issue your letter the soonest possible, but please allow up to one (1) week for your request to be processed.

The conference secretariat managed by Sweden Meetx AB is authorised to demand payment of registration fee before the Visa procedure starts. Please note that all costs are to be covered by the participant.
