WHAT IS THE 2023 EUCNC & 6G SUMMIT?

The 2023 EuCNC & 6G Summit builds on putting together two successful conferences in the area of telecommunications: EuCNC, in its 32nd edition of a series, supported by the European Commission; the 6G Summit, in its 5th edition, originated from the 6G Flagship programme in Finland, one of the very first in its area.
The conference is sponsored by the IEEE Communications Society (ComSoc), the European Association for Signal Processing (EURASIP) and the European Association on Antennas and Propagation (EurAAP), and supported by the European Commission. The conference addresses various aspects of Beyond 5G/6G communications systems and networks. It brings together cutting-edge research and world-renowned industries and businesses, globally attracting in the last years more than 1 300 delegates from more than 40 countries all over the world, to present and discuss the latest results, and an exhibition with more than 70 exhibitors, for demonstrating the technology developed in the area, mainly within research projects from EU R&I programmes.
The 2023 edition of EuCNC & 6G Summit is being organised by Chalmers Univ. of Technology, Gothenburg, Sweden. The event will be an in-person event, although a few certain program items, such as panels and keynotes, will be live streamed.

WHO ATTENDS THE 2023 EUCNC & 6G SUMMIT?

The conference will be attended by a balanced audience between industry (encompassing executives, directors, department heads, project managers, researchers and practising engineers) and academia (professors, researchers, postdocs and Ph.D. students), but also including officials from the European Commission and European regulators and governments.

Notes:
(1) Rates are not including VAT. Invoices will be in SEK. Euro rates are given only to indicate the approximate exchange rate.
(2) In each of these patron levels, only a limited number of organisations will be accepted as patrons. Securing this level of patronage should be done as early as possible.
(3) Nomination of a keynote speaker (other speakers are defined by the conference steering committee). Keynotes are held at plenary sessions.
(4) Organisation of a special session at the conference (included in the main programme).
(5) Nomination of a speaker for one of the panels. Panels are held in plenary sessions, which are defined by the conference steering committee.
(6) Exhibition booths will be equipped with basic items, as defined in the Exhibitors Guidelines page.
(7) VIPs tables at the conference banquet will be made available.
(8) Complimentary Full Global Registration (R-1-F), the highest level, as defined at the conference website.
(9) Best paper award for the Diamond Patron and best booth award for the Emerald Patron.
(10) Patronage will be recognised in the speech at the opening session plenary.
(11) Patronage will be recognised in the speech at the conference reception.
(12) Patronage will be recognised in the speech at the conference banquet.
(13) Nomination of a speaker to give a welcome address at the conference reception.

(15) A camera-ready advertisement will be included in the conference programme (to be provided by the patron in the appropriate format).
(16) Patron logo will be put on all banners, roll ups, and digital signage used at the conference venue, reception, banquet, and video streams. Patron logo and links to the patron website will be included in the conference website, programme, proceedings, app, and social media. The patron will be requested to provide links, text to conference website, and logos in the appropriate format.
(17) A video (to be provided by the patron) will be made available at the conference website together with its logo and link.
(18) Videoblog interview with patron’s designated representative at the booth or at the media corner.
(19) The patron logo on the lanyard, which will be distributed to all participants upon check-in. Lanyards to be provided by the patron according to the number of participants. Upon request, we may offer a quotation on lanyards.

THE VENUE

The 2023 EuCNC & 6G Summit will take place at the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre and its inhouse hotel Gothia Towers. The venue is Europe’s largest venue in a city centre location with everything under one roof. The fully integrated hotel and congress facility has restaurants and cafés, parks, culture, shops, and other hotels conveniently within walking distance.
