The conference is sponsored by the IEEE Communications Society and by the European Association for Signal Processing, and focuses on all aspects of telecommunications ranging from 5G deployment and mobile IoT to 6G exploration and future communications systems and networks, including experimentation and testbeds, and applications and services. It brings together cutting-edge research and world-renown industries and businesses, globally attracting in the last years more than 1 300 delegates from more than 40 countries all over the world, to present and discuss the latest results, and an exhibition with more than 70 exhibitors, for demonstrating the technology developed in the area, namely within research projects from EU R&amp;I programmes.<br \/>\nThe conference is intended to be held for in-person attendance, with some remote attendance components; however, given the COVID-19 pandemic, the conference format may change, since safety and well-being of all conference participants is our top priority. The conference has a not-for-profit organisation, hence, registration fees are as low as possible and all surplus will be made available in grants. Best Papers and Booth Awards will be granted. Accepted and presented papers for regular sessions will be published in the Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore and other Abstracting and Indexing (A&amp;I) databases.<br \/>\nIn parallel to the events, there will be a major exhibition, presenting a wide range of technologies, products and results from European Commission co-funded projects. Prominent research institutions, SMEs as well as large industries from Europe and other parts of the world will be showcasing at EuCNC &amp; 6G Summit.<br \/>\nExhibitions may address one or more Tracks, but they should be organised under a unified theme. Exhibitions are expected to show the demonstration of novel technologies and their application. Exhibitions are supposed to have at least one person present, at least during lunch and coffee breaks, in order to present the demonstration to attendees. A conference registration (R04 \u2013 Limited Conference Registration) is included in the fee paid for the exhibition stand, for 1 or 2 persons, respectively for 6 m<sup>2<\/sup> or 12 m<sup>2<\/sup> booths.<br \/>\nThe Exhibition will be open during the entire conference, from June 7<sup>th<\/sup> to June 10<sup>th<\/sup>, 2022. Exhibitions proposals should be submitted via a specific registration form, available on the website. Proposers should provide information on the Title, Objective, Motivation and Background, Description, and associated Requirements. The proposal should be submitted by the deadline, <strong>2022 Apr. 1<sup>st<\/sup><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>Venue<\/h4>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">EuCNC &amp; 6G Summit 2022 will be held from Tuesday, June 7<sup>th<\/sup>, to Friday, June 10<sup>th<\/sup>, at the Congress Centre of World Trade Center (WTC) in Grenoble. In the heart of the business district, the World Trade Center Grenoble Congress Centre benefits from all the benefits of a dynamic and welcoming environment.<br \/>\nIdeally located, the Convention Centre enjoys remarkable accessibility thanks to the immediate proximity of the train station, the highways and the connections with the airports of Lyon Saint- Exupe\u0301ry and Geneva. It offers a true unity of places in the city centre around which gravitate intra- urban transport, hotel offer and proximity to the various places of animation.<br \/>\nThe building\u2019s modern architecture reflects the image of the Convention Centre: a space at the cutting edge of technology and adaptable to every demand. Complete dismantling must be done by 18h00.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DELIVERY AND PICK-UP<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The delivery of packages and materials must be made from June 1<sup>st<\/sup>, from 8h30 to 16h30 and no later than June 3<sup>rd<\/sup> before 16h30.
