6G Summit Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&amp;I) databases.<br \/>Authors must register prior to submission of the final version of the paper (deadline <strong>2022 April 22<sup>nd<\/sup><\/strong>), registration being non-refundable.\u00a0 Authors of papers in Special Sessions, as well as of Posters Sessions, are required to fulfil the same conditions as authors of papers in Regular Sessions, i.e., papers for Regular Sessions, Special Sessions and Posters Sessions have the same registration policy.<br \/>At least one author of an accepted paper must register as Full or Limited Registration (R01, R02, R03 or R04), even if the author is a student.\u00a0 A complimentary code registration does not allow to present a paper; for doing this, an individual author registration is required.<br \/>For authors presenting multiple papers, one registration is valid for one person; however, it can cover up to three (3) papers on which the person who is registered is an author or co-author.<br \/>Each author\/co-author wishing to attend the conference must be registered.<br \/>Each paper must be presented by an author\/co-author at the conference, unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter.<br \/>The conference organisers reserve the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference, if the paper is not presented at the conference.<br \/>The organisers hold the right for price changes.<\/p>\n<h4>\u00a0<\/h4>\n<h4>Workshops Registration Policy<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A Workshop\/Conference Registration is mandatory for each accepted workshop paper. \u00a0A workshop paper is not included into the 3 papers covered by the conference registration fee. \u00a0If a workshop presenter wishes to attend the whole conference, he\/she has also to register for the conference at the applicable rate.<br \/>All participants and speakers in Workshops, regardless of the nature of their presentation, including organisers, must pay the registration fee.<br \/>The workshop student registration is not valid as an author registration for workshop.<br \/>Authors of workshops papers must register prior to the submission of workshops final papers.<\/p>\n<h4>\u00a0<\/h4>\n<h4>Special Sessions Registration Policy<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Authors of papers in Special Sessions are required to fulfil the same conditions as authors of papers in Regular Sessions, i.e., papers for Regular Sessions and Special Sessions have the same registration policy.<br \/>All participants and speakers in the Special Sessions, regardless of the nature of their presentation, including organisers, must pay the registration fee.<\/p>\n<h4>\u00a0<\/h4>\n<h4>Cancellation Policy<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Registration is binding. \u00a0Amendments to the registration package (for example adding Workshops\/Tutorials pass or Guest Registration) are possible and should be completed directly in the registration system by logging into the registration account. \u00a0The fee for any amendment is 10\u00a0\u20ac \/ registration. \u00a0Notifications and cancellations must be made in writing (by e-mail) to <a href=\"mailto:eucnc22@evenconcepts.fr?subject=EuCNC%20&amp;%206G%20Summit%202022&amp;%206G%20Summit%20202&amp;%206G%20Summit%2020&amp;%206G%20Summit%202&amp;%206G%20Summit%20&amp;%206G%20Summit&amp;%206G%20Summi&amp;%206G%20Summ&amp;%206G%20Sum&amp;%206G%20Su&amp;%206G%20S&amp;%206G%20&amp;%206G&amp;%206&amp;%20&amp;\">eucnc22@evenconcepts.fr<\/a>.<br \/>Cancellations will be accepted until <strong>2022 April 22<sup>nd<\/sup><\/strong>, with a refund of all paid fees, less an administration charge of 50\u00a0\u20ac.<br \/>After <strong>2022 April 22<sup>nd<\/sup><\/strong>, no refunds will be given, and the fees will be fully charged.<br \/>If unable to attend, the registered person may substitute someone else from the same institute\/organisation by sending a notification to <a href=\"mailto:eucnc22@evenconcepts.fr\">eucnc22@evenconcepts.fr<\/a>.<br \/>In case of Force Majeure and health related issues, should there occur an insuperable obstacle related to a registered person\u2019s health, the refund fee will be made in full, less an administration charge of 50\u20ac. \u00a0Cancellation must be made in writing (by e-mail) to <a href=\"mailto:eucnc22@evenconcepts.fr\">eucnc22@evenconcepts.fr<\/a>.\u00a0 An official and original medical certificate must be presented within two (2) weeks of the cancellation notification. \u00a0The organisers recommend all-inclusive travel insurance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CONTACT INFORMATION:<\/strong><br \/>If you have any questions concerning registration, please contact <a href=\"mailto:eucnc22@evenconcepts.fr\">eucnc22@evenconcepts.fr<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h4>\u00a0<\/h4>\n<h4>Data Handling Ethics<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">EuCNC &amp; 6G Summit collects personal information from participants, on the strict basis of collecting only data required for registration purposes.\u00a0 These data are not given to third parties, and are used solely for the purposes of the conference series organisation.<br \/>EuCNC &amp; 6G Summit collects general photos and videos of participants during the conference, for dissemination purposes, posting these photos and videos at the conference public website and on the conference\u2019s social media channels, as well as in conference press materials published online or in print.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">EuCNC &amp;
