Registration Fees
Separate registration options are available for the Conference and the Workshops/Tutorials, i.e., it is possible to register for the Workshops/Tutorials without registering for the Conference, or to the Conference without the Workshops/Tutorials.
The registration fees can be paid with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Diners) or bank tranfer. Please read carefully the Cancellation Policy.
The registration is binding. Upgrades of the registration package (for example adding Workshops/Tutorials pass or Guest Registration) are possible and should be completed directly in the registrations system by logging into the registration account.
A group registration option is available via the registration system. Please note that when registering a group only one confirmation and invoice will be sent to the group leader’s email.

There is an extra page charge (no more than one extra page is allowed) of 80€.

R10 – Student One Day Registration

When registering as a student, a student card or other proof of student identity must be provided at the registration desk when arriving (the same person cannot register for more than one day).
R11 – Guest Registration

R13 – Booth Personnel Registration
Conference Lunches, Conference Coffee Breaks, Welcome Reception, Exhibitions.
Maximum of 2 registrations per 6 m2 booth are allowed.

Visa Information
If you need a Letter of Guarantee to apply for a VISA, please check the VISA information page. Please note that the Letter of Guarantee can only be issued after you complete the registration and payment procedures.
