Visa Information
If you need a VISA to enter France, we encourage you to apply as soon as possible. If Administrative Processing is required, the wait can be in excess of 60 days; EuCNC 2015 will not refund author registrations or publish no show papers in IEEE Xplore due to VISA issues.
Citizen exempted from visa requirements:
- Nationals of the European Union, the European Economic Area (EEA), and Switzerland;
- Nationals of the following countries: Argentina, Australia, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Costa Rica, Croatia, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, United States, Uruguay, Venezuela;
- Nationals of the following countries if bearers of biometric passports only : Albania, Bosnia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia.
VISA Assistance Letters
When required, a letter of invitation will be provided to authors of accepted technical or workshop papers, keynote speakers, tutorial and panel speakers, and EUCNC 2015 attendees who completed their registration and payment process.
After the registration and payment is completed, the letter of invitation can be requested. With this letter you will be able to obtain VISA for the period of the EuCNC 2015 conference in Paris.
Invitation letters will contain exclusively the following information:
- Conference title,
- Conference dates,
- Conference location,
- Whether you are an author, speaker, or attendee.

Please follow the instructions below to request your invitation letter.
Complete your registration and payment process;
Send an email to eucnc2015@c2b-congress.com to require an invitation letter for VISA purposes and indicates your first and last names, company or university name, full address, country. For Authors, indicate the EDAS number and the full title of the paper.
We will aim to issue your letter as soon as possible but please allow up to 1 week for your request to be processed. Letter will be sent only by email and can’t be sent by express mail.
