EuCNC 2016 will be hosted in Divani Apollon Palace & Thalasso in the coastal zone of Athens. It is located in Vouliagmeni (South-east from Athens city centre) and features 6 modular meeting rooms with an overall 2,500 m². Facilities can host up to 1,200 participants and it is around 30-40 minutes from Athens International Airport.

Figure 1 shows the main hotel facilities hall, the plenary room and the exterior environment of the hotel. The preliminary budget of the conference, reported in this document, refers to the use of five parallel rooms, plus one big plenary room. The first day (workshop day) only the 5 parallel rooms are available, so up to five parallel workshops can run on the first day of the conference. Moreover, the exhibition is able to host around 35 exhibition stands. In case many satellite events will be proposed by projects, industries and communities, or more exhibition stands will be requested, additional spaces can be used at a larger cost.

Figure 2 show photos of reception areas, cocktail, lunch, dinner. Free WiFi service will be available to all participants in the entire indoor area. The reception will be located in the gardens in order of receive all participants. The posters could be located in Foyer along with the exhibition stands.
